Hopefully they aren't removing the Brer characters and replacing them with generic AAs, to make sure that fewer and fewer park guests realize that Song of the South is even a thing.

Hmmm, was there today and din't notice.
I'm one of the few who wouldn't have too much of a problem with them changing Splash to another IP, if they could find one that fit, but just making them generic woodland animals would be so lame.

Unusual change though I presume it’s supposed to be funny, two cute animals going on a slow romantic boat ride together completely unaware they are about to end up taking a plunge down a waterfall. That or the other picture is out for refurbishment or something.

I know it was up the queue when I was there in January. Perhaps it was just faded out and they just needed to make a new one.
Maybe it's just me but that new picture looks like something that would be more of a new safety video that would take over that and would be animated IMO...

Sorta off-topic, but I was at TDL last weekend and noticed this picture in the exit hallway of Splash. Don't think I've seen it in any of the other parks anywhere.
