Um. Yeah. The Haunted Mansion went down because a buggy came in backwards and popped. (Only a select few know what "popped" means, and no, I won't explain it.) It was down for most of the night, which made quite a few people very mad... Imagine the scariest ride at MK down on Halloween...
Oh wait. Small World was still running... Nevermind!

My apologies. That did come across pretty heavy handed. I guess I was a bit miffed that the poster chose to explain why the ride was down without providing an explanation. Just didn't make sense to me. Are they trying to impress us with their inside knowledge of things or actually provide an answer to the question?

The ride was down for "technical difficulties" ... that's all you need to know. I'd hate to sound harsh, but there are reasons why these "technical difficulties" aren't supposed to be known by everyone.
