I vote in favour of teachers i only left school in 2001 and i was taugh by teachers and they were a great help for not just learing but in life little problems as weel they were there to listen to u and give u a sensible answer a computer doesnt have feelings so it wouldnt be able to help.

Keep teachers. They are very important as someone else pointed out. A computer can't listen to students questions, help with problems kids have. Teachers can change the lives of kids who are having a hard time. (be it bullies, school work, family life, ect). My best friend is a middle school teacher. She has so many of the kids who come to her for advice. Things they wouldn't feel comfortable talking to their parents about.

Going to go with teachers...computers are great but don't bring any life experience to learning. If it wasn't for a teacher I would have never gone to college. He convinced me it was the right thing to do...not to just make my parents happy. Had a really great nursing instructor who taught me that the word nurse is more than a noun. Always thought of her when I spent hours sitting with a dying person...always told us " no one should die alone". And no one ever did...if I was on duty. I learned sooo much from those poor souls.
