As others have said, this is a trick or treat trail for the Halloween parties. I believe it was not present in 2011 due to the construction, but it has been there for years before.

Well they're only tempoary Halloween decroations, so we can't expect them to be too elaborate. It's not like Tokyo, Paris and Hong Kong do any better right?

Why expect them to use better decorations when they use card board cut outs in brand new, state of the are, meet and greets??? I mean, if they can't send a few extra bucks for better props, then we can't expect anything more than card board cut outs for decorations too..
