speaking of which... i broke the 190 barrier for the first time since my freshman year of college... 188 now...


that's an even 20 pound loss...

(but that was in 4 months.... SUZIE OVER HERE LOST 5 IN TWO WEEKS!!! :sohappy: :sohappy: :sohappy:)
Not with the help of my DH. He brought me nachos last night. I only ate about a fouth of them and I gained a pound back. :cry:

you just gotta change that thought-process...



next time you get hungry... try drinking two cups of water... just see if it helps AT ALL...

(obviously not always because you couldn't just drink water all your life... but at like... snack-time...)

3500 calories is the equivalent of 1 pound...


if 1/4 the nachos were 3500 calories then okay... but i doubt it...


it's okay to give into temptation sometimes... it was probably just some extra water weight from something else or just something like that...

I agree with Joe...


you have to change your thinking on that if you want to loose the weight and keep it off. Water is good for you.
