Good morning
Well I just uped my walking by 15 minutes.
so I just walked 45 min.
Had to sit down in a/c for a minute and cool down
Now to take a good shower.
Be back in a few.

Stupid computer.
Since I'm pretty well caught up on things, I think I'll spend most of the day at the pool. Judy's been in kind of a funk, and although the pool is her favorite place on earth, she hasn't been coming out. I think I talked her into coming today. So I'll spend some time with her.

Cleaning the house and getting things ready for my mom's stay here.....

that and Father's Day shopping.
