Does the Rainforest Cafe have different hours than the Animal Kingdom park itself? We are looking to book an ADR and the Disney Calender says that the park is open until 5:00. Does that mean that you have to have your ADR for 4:00 or so? Or can you make it for 5:00 or 5:30 and take your time coming out of the 'Kingdom"?

i believe if you call to make the adr they 'll tell you the last seating

Thanks thus far. We booked the trip through AAA. I was told previously that you could not do the dining plan through AAA but we were able to. I beleive that the room and ticket discount put us a few hundred less than the posted Disney rate (website). I do not know if we will be able to apply a discount code if one is released. In 2004, one was released that reduced our cost by over $400.

So, in short, I am requesting AAA to make the reservation at an estimated time based on park hours.:slurp:

Yes, the RFC is right outside the entrance of the park.
You can eat there even after the park closes, b'cause it is not actually in the park.

Oh well. Thanks for the answers to date but it looks like a moot point. I understand that Tusker may be open by then, but we will just go with a sit down at Shutters.

You are right, it is not on the WDW dining plan.
When are you planning to go...Tusker House is being converted to a TS.
We were going there for lunch one day in Sept., but had to change our plans.
Going to Flame Tree BBQ instead.
