According to many in this thread, they use them, then throw them out. Of course, the more expensive ones are keepers - had one last me for close to 10 years, back in the day!

Inexpensive at the parks? LOL, no.

Do yourself a favor and hit up Amazon to buy this 10-pack of ponchos for $14. The equivalent in the parks would be over $100!

And this 20-pack of ponchos is even cheaper!!!

I’m in the no 1 use plastics club as well. We bought good breathable hardshells a while back and they have been a good investment. Roomy enough to fit over a mid layer for our December trips and comfortable for warm weather cruises.
