perfect for the type of visitor like me... 110% all the time, all park no relaxation. I stayed on property my first time my last trip and I may never go off site again, but these prices tempt me big time. The only thing I really enjoyed about on property was the EMH... other than that I didn't spend much time at the beach club.

We stayed at this hotel last September with a similar rate through Priceline. The room was very nice--certainly well worth it. One tip: getting back to the room from WDW, I'd recommend going out to I-4 and taking the 535 exit instead of taking Hotel Plaza Blvd. past Downtown Disney. Otherwise, you have to make a u-turn at Vineland, which gets backed up with traffic going to the outlet mall.

My boyfriend and I stayed there in May of this year. Pictures are deceiving. It wasnt all that. The room we were assigned to did not look like the one in the advertisement. Our room looked like they pulled it out of a street side motel from the 1960s. I will never stay off property again.

Thats a good price tho we pay $50 a night including tax at the Ramada and its just outside the gates. We don't need the expensive rooms when were only in it for sleeping.

Avoid the one in Celebration at all costs.

Really? When did you stay there? I booked a room for $59 on Priceline back in 2008 and didn't have any problems at all. Actually, before it was a Radisson...way back in 1996, my high school band stayed there when we played in Epcot.

Another offsite hotel I've stayed at a few times with success is the Sheraton Safari on 535. It's a little run down, but overall a decent place. I paid $59 a night for it on Priceline (bidding) back in 2007, and actually just booked it for a last-minute trip this weekend for the 40th...for only $40 a night! :sohappy:

We original had reservations there in August. We got to the rooms. Both of them smelled of bleach and mold. We had them move our rooms and it was the same deal. We bumped into a family in the lobby who was having the same issue. That walls were marked and scarred up. The carpet was ripped all over and frayed. The furniture had huge gashes and marks all over it. We found hairs upon hairs in the beds. The ac in the of the rooms did not work. One of the toilets was stopped up. The list goes on.

After that I called Disney and we stayed on property. We stay Radisson all over the country and have for years now. Never have we been to a place as dirty as that.

That is a shame, many years ago(circa 1990-1993) we stayed there for about 4 years straight (when we could not afford to stay on property , hehe while my then girfriend now wife on college student budget), and it was a great hotel. Good location with lots of things around (restaurants, Dunkin Donuts, etc).

Wow, that sounds horrible! I would have moved on property, too - can't blame you!
