I think someone may be able to help me with this. I am looking for a quote from Walt Disney regarding "change". I know he spoke a lot about progress, and cannot find a quote with change and progress in it. Something along the line of "for anything to have progress, change is required." If anyone knows of a quote that could be used for progress, please let us know.

Thanks! :brick:

Hyperion, if you have nothing constructive to say, you better not reply. I´ve seen your replies lately and they are all in the same tone. Please don´t do that and be nice to others. If this is not in the proper board, then let the moderators know so they move it. There is no need to point that out, there is nothing Ryan or any other member can do to move a thread that they posted in the wrong board. It´s the moderators duty. Before you jump over a member, check how acquainted they are with the boards... some don´t spend as much time on here as some of us do. ;)

I think there is a member of the forums who has a website with Walt Disney´s quotes... I don´t remember who or the website though... I wish I had bookmarked it! :( I´m waiting for him to show up and reply! :D

I agree with you Maria there is more than one person on these forums that I have found to have an attitude and they should think before they speak meaning think of the other peoples feelings before saying the rude and mean things they say

How could you detect the type of tone through typing? Perhaps you should research things a little more. If it's the wrong forum, I'll say it, because there is no rule against it. Do you have a problem with that?

what I think Maria and I were saying is that maybe you can say Hey I know you might be new here but this is the wrong forum to be and say which forum it needs to go into not how you said it

which some people could look at as being rude

"Some people" should understand that you can't tell if I'm being rude through text. Now, If you have a problem with me telling somebody they posted in the wrong forum, then take it up with wdwmagic, because as far as I know, I did nothing wrong.

Since the reply was to me I can state that I did take offense to it and think that your replies to the ladies in this thread were very unappropriate. There was no need to inform me that this was the incorrect place to list that post. Give me a break! Of all things to complain about.

If you want to interact with others in an online forum, your behavior needs to one of respect for each other. There are plenty of other places that you can go to and choose to flame people.

Oh boy. First of all, no there was a need to inform you; to show you the correct place to post a specific thread, and to avoid confusion. Second, I wasn't complaining, if I were, I would have told you that I wanted it moved emmidiately. Third, I haven't chose to falme anybody. If anybody has chosen to do so, it was tiggerlover and Maria, who were the first to begin the complaints about me telling you the rules of the forum. And once again, you cannot tell about someones feelings, or tone, through text, it's impossible.

Now, are we going to continue these shannanagins because of a simple 3 word statement I made about the rules, or can you stop your pathetic complaints?

1. Why post this, it doesn't answer her question.

2. This could be considered Trivia to some.

3. If you are going to tell someone they did something wrong, at least tell them where it should have been posted or how they can correct it.

4. Okay, take out the ", pal" and maybe it was unnecessary advice.

5. Each one of your posts do carry a tone of emotion with them due to your word usage and attacking nature.

Don't get mad at me. I'm just giving you some advise on your posting Hyperion, as was Maria, and Tiggerlover. I happen to find yours to appear rude to the people in question. Poor Ryan could have still got his answer regardless of posting location, but now a whole page has been wasted. Ryan you might as well post somewhere else new at this point. Many will read the first few posts on this one and leave without answering.

Sorry, I change her to his.:brick:

All you said was "wrong forum, pal".

I don't see anywhere in that where you're trying to point out the correct place to post a specific thread.
