Did AK and MGM yesterday....
There were some animals on the safari that I'd never seen before, and they were all pretty active except for the lions.
The work on everest is really coming along and looking very impressive. The blue snow on top is absolutely beautiful, and there is a building around the track leading into the mountain now.
I think just about every ape was having playtime yesterday, really neat to watch.
On Dinosaur, our vehicle stopped three times right before the end, twice in the pitch black. Really un-nerving.
At MGM, I dropped off my CM friend who works The Great Movie Ride, and went to the Muppets show. It looks like the TV's in the pre-show area have been replaced! Made a big difference.
Of course, when I got out, it was pouring! I slogged over to catch my friends' show on TGMR. He told me that usually when it rains like that, they have to such the ride down because the exit gets packed up with people waiting for the rain to end, creating a fire hazard.
From there I slogged over to RNR. I had a fastpass, but it was dead enough that the CM told me to keep it. The coaster dried me off a little bit. I had to take my shirt off and wring it out before I went in, lol. That building is freezing!
When I got out, it was still raining, so I broke down and bought an umbrella. I had a poncho in the car too!
