Quick Service recommendations?

Ok all my fellow Disney fans.. Last year we didn't plan any Quick Service places we wanted to try. In fact we ate most of our cs meals at the resort or completely on the fly. I really want to go into this trip with some idea of a few places we must try. In Epcot we ate at the land pavillion and we got fish n chips in World Showcase. AK we ate at Pizzafarri, HS the place near the backlot tour..and in MK whatever that one is between Adventure land and frontierland. Yeah as you can tell we missed out and I wasn't overly impressed with any of them.

So hit me with places we need to try?? I figure we will eat quick service twice in each park most likely

AK - Flametree BBQ
DHS - Starring Rolls (great sandwiches and even better cupcakes!)
Epcot - Tangeriene Cafe, Kringla og Bakeri (nice sandwiches and pastries),

Mk- I second harbor house. Peso bills for burgers and cosmic rays if you need a "big meal".
Epcot- Mexico, Japan or sunshine seasons for some salmon.
Ak- I had the worst at yak and yeti CS.... I plan on trying flame tree this year and pizzafari for the kids.
HS- the back lot place is Horrible! Try starring rolls or just snacks. I think HS has some pretty bad CS.

As for the Magic Kingdom, the Columbia Harbor House is probably your best bet. Animal Kingdom's Flametree BBQ is the best option there. I don't really think much of any of the food in DHS, but there's a BBQ-type place twards RnR and ToT that's pretty good. I'm also kinda a sucker for really lousy pizza, so Pizza Planet is kinda fun, too. The best counter service in all the parks though, is hands down, Sunshine Seasons in EPCOT. I've also found that using a couple snack options to get 2 orders of Chicken Fried Rice and a cup of water at the Yak & Yeti counter service works great as a lunch and saves you points for somewhere else.

La Cantina de San Angel is a real standout for me and was the most memorable counter service meal of my last trip.
Flame Tree BBQ is another place I really enjoy.
I haven't been since it changed to Katsura Grill but its previous incarnation as Yakitori House was pretty good.

I'll give you my "to eat" list of counter service places.

MK - Columbia Harbor House (love, love LOVE), Casey's Corner for corn dog nuggets, Pecos Bill for some pulled pork and Sunshine Tree Terrace has something called "Asian BBQ Pork sandwich" which I want to try.

EPCOT - Katsura Grill in Japan, Libtery Inn (Pulled pork - sense a theme?), Sunshine Seasons and La Cantina de San Angel (tacos!)

DHS - Starring Rolls, Min and Bills Dockside Diner (I love their milkshakes, my fiance loves the hotdog in pretzel roll) and Fairfax Fare (for...pulled pork!)

AK - Flame Tree BBQ (ribs, pulled pork, chicken - all good)

DtD - Wolfgang Puck Express

DAK - Yak and Yeti. Standard East Asian fare. Which is to say that for a WDW themepark they provide an excellent meal, with fun seating nearby.
DAK - Tamu Tamu in Africa. The food is somewhat mediocre, but they've got this really neat little seating area out back. Makes you feel you're in Africa.

EPCOT - Patisserie and boulangerie. Get the cheeseplate and a baguette, and voilà, you've got yourself a French picnic!

The MK is a real problem nowadays for CS. Nearly all options are dissapointing. DHS lacks in CS too.

Columbia Harbor House is my first choice in MK for a CS meal...I also really want to try the waffle sandwiches at Sleepy Hollow.

In DHS, I like Starring Rolls, Backlot Express isn't bad, but I'm also interested in trying Fairfax Fare.

Flame Tree is the only one we've done in AK and we liked it a lot.

Epcot is the best bet. If you're not in the WS- Sunshine Seasons is my choice, but in the WS...there are just sooooooo many options. Hence why I'm thinking about country hopping for lunch and snacks. i.e. split a CS meal 4-ways in each spot.
