The ghosts coming out of that area were there before. Thankfully, they are much more visible and noticeable now.

There are new ghosts flying overhead though through the windows. Also there is another ghost added on top of the chandelier. If these were in place before the rehab then I have never seen them in all my 25+ years of going to WDW, most likely due to the poor lighting. In any case it was a nice surprise!

The wraiths flying around the ceiling in the ballroom are definitely new...

The wraiths aren't new, they've just been missing for quite some time. It's been several years; their turntable mechanism went out, and they vanished, apparently to go for repairs, but they never came back.

There aren't any new ghosts on the chandelier, either. It's amazing what a little new lighting can bring out, isn't it?
