So I'm planning on applying for dcp for fall 2013. When are applications going to be open. And I can do this as a student of a community college right

I have a wrist tattoo that can be covered with a watch will that be an issue?

No, it shouldn't be. When I did the program, I knew plenty of people with tattoos on their wrists. Depending on how big it is, I wouldn't rely on just a watch to cover it, in case it gets bumped or something. I'd either invest in a good cover-up, or prepare myself to be wearing long sleeves while on the job. Especially if it's in a Guest-heavy environment.

Also, be aware that in some roles, you can't wear a watch, or any jewelry on your hands/wrists for that matter, such as if you are working with/around food.
