In order to use the wdwresorttv.com website people say I have to use MIRC. What is MIRC and how do I get it?

go tho the website you refrenced and you should get instructions. You can also go wo Mirc.com and get some more info.

It takes a while to get used to the program so dont get discouraged with it....

No, mirc is a way to download without using FTP. FTP is a godsend.
