Question regarding BoG reservations

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding reservations for the new be our guest restaurant as the thread topic says. My girlfriend suffers leukaemia M3 and the prospects are good. I would like to go to Walt Disney World as a surprise for her. I would like to make this holiday as special as possible for her and one of the things I want to do with her is eat in the be our guest restaurant. I'm guessing she is able to fly in February but somehow I can not make a reservation. Is it fully booked in February? I'm saving money for quite a while now and that would be a shame because I think we only go to Walt Disney World once. Visiting be our guest is high ranked on my to do list. Thanks in advance!!

Lunch does not require a reservation, so you will definitely be OK for that. For dinner, it is possible to book 180 days ahead. You can do this online at www.disneyworld.com or on the phone. If there is no availability, keep trying, things can sometimes open up.

Best of luck, and best wishes to your girlfriend for a speedy recovery.

There was no availability on the website but just like you said I'll keep trying! On the website it also says that the lunches at be our guest are full too. But when we're there we can walk into the restaurant for a lunch without making a reservation? That's perfect! Thanks for your kind words and your super quick answer Wdwmagic!

Lunch is a no-reservation required, so I'm not sure what the website is talking about there. Everyone for lunch will be walk up.
We've got all the menus and photos of the food at http://www.wdwmagic.com/dining/be-our-guest-restaurant.htm if you havn't seen them yet. :)

Thank you I read everything! I also have a problem calling. I can't call to 407 WDW-DINE because in Europe we can't call to a telephone number with letters in it. I 'm very curious if there will be any AA's since an imagineer said there will be enchanted objects at BoG. Can you give me any advice to make my trip to Walt Disney World more special for my girlfriend. I want to create some special moments for her. Thanks already for everything!

Keep in mind the lunch and dinner menu are somewhat different.

At lunch you will go in and place your order like you would at a counter service restaurant, then you will be seated by a host/hostess and your food will be brought to your table.

Ah okay thanks! Well it would be much better if I could get a dinner at BoG then in my opinion.

The actual number version is (407) 939-3463.

No AAs in BoG. There will be a photo opportunity with Beast.

For some other ideas - make a post in http://forums.wdwmagic.com/forums/wdw-resorts-and-trip-planning.6/
Lots of helpful people in there. :)

The letters represent numbers on the phone. The full number is 407-939-3463.

Thank you very much bdearl41, that's very kind! I called today for 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 February but everything is fully booked! I am going to check every day if someone cancelled. There has to be one open space on a certain day until then..

If you can't eat there, definately try Chefs de France in Epcot, i know its not what you want, but still its really good, and has a great french feel to it.
