Question re: Comedy Warehouse

At the end of every show at the Comedy Warehouse, as the audience is exiting, there is a voiceover playing that is hilarious. It's basically just a collection of a lot of common phrases and disclaimers that we hear on commercials and read on labels and things. Stuff like, "Member FDIC" & "Discontinue use if rash persists". I love to get a listing of all of things they say in that voiceover. Does anyone have that, or know where I could find it?
