If you’re going to a park on the morning of your OWK stay you can take your luggage to bell services at the Poly and they’ll transfer your luggage to OWK. If you want to travel to OKW with your luggage you’ll need to either Uber/Lyft or take a bus from the Poly to a park and then transfer to OKW. Not sure if you can get on the park busses with luggage but I don’t see why you couldn’t.

The rules have always been clear that luggage cannot be taken on WDW transport.
That may be true, but I've also done it in the past when I didn't know it was a rule and no driver has ever queried it or stopped us. Maybe it helped that it was first thing in the morning to Disney Springs so it wasn't a busy bus 🤷‍♂️

I'm not saying it should be attempted now, just that it worked when we didn't know any better on our first visit as adults.

On 2 visits pre covid I sayed at Contemporary a few nights and them switched to Pop. The first time I let Disney move my luggage. I dropped them off at bell services around 9am. They told me it will de noon before they get to Pop. It was after 5pm when they finally showed up. I found out that POP was the very last stop on the truck that moves luggage. After calls to Bell service was told luggage was here. An hour later had still not been delivered. Was told the cast member in Bell services "forgot" to bring our luggage to room. I still gave him a tip. The next time we called a Mini van and moved our luggage our self. Seeing it is just wife and I it all fit in van. Now that Mini vans are gone and there are so many Covid related changes not sure if my past experiences helps. My opinion is call ride share and move it yourself.

We stayed at Pop one night on our last trip due to flights and checked into Beach Club the next day. We just took an Uber there and took our bags with us.

Possibly. I’ve taken luggage on Disney transport many times over the years and nobody has ever said a thing.

I’ve even taken it with me on a mk bus and then taken the mk ferry to the ttc to catch the lynx bus. That was before security enclosed the ferry and monorail though. (But I remember buying a Joffreys while waiting for the lynx bus so it was in fairly recent times).
