Question on purchasing dining plan

I know there are a million threads on likes and dislikes of the dining plan! THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!!!!!! We always purchase the dining plan and will for our trip this year as well. My question is, we are wanting to go to the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue and it takes 2 table service meals. When we book, can we purchase an extra day's dining plan to make up for it?

Incase this doesn't make sense....we are there for 5 nights. Can I purchase 6 days worth of dining plan?

Unfortunately, no =\ You could just pay for the extra meal out of pocket at the restaurant. It would be cheaper anyway, unless you all eat $40 worth of food at one sit down meal.

no. The DDP is fixed at one of each credit per night of your stay. Figure out which of your meals is likely to be least expensive and pay OOP for it.

While you can't purchase extra days' worth of meals, the Hoop Dee Doo Revue is worth spending the TS and buying another meal OOP. It's great fun, especially if you have someone with you celebrating a birthday!

What we did to use the dining plan for The Brown Derby was save our arrival day table service meal and just use a counter service that day. That way we had an extra TS.

When myself and family went to Hoop-de-Doo we spent one table service meal on the DP and paid out of pocket half of what it would have cost if we did not have DP.
