Question on Children Activity Centers

Are the children activity centers at select resorts only for resort guests or can someone staying off property put their kids in them? We are staying in a time share this trip and not on Disney property. I ask because my wife and I would love to eat at Victoria and Albert's but have nobody to watch our kids. Thanks in advance for your assistance in this matter.

I just looked at the Disney website, and on the page for the activity centers I couldn't find anything that said they were specifically for resort guests only.

You book they centers through the main Disney reservation line, 497 WDW DINE.
Would be easy to just call and find out.

I think some are for resort guests only but some are open to other guests. Call now and see if you can put them in the one at the Grand Floridan or Poly
Grand Floridian kids club is no longer open. The never land club at the poly is a great option though.

Disney Kids Clubs are for resort guests only... sorry.
We just got back a few weeks ago and our kids attended the Sandcastle club one night, we stayed at a DVC. My BFF was also at WDW with us, but she stayed off property. She wanted to send her kids to one of the clubs so we could all go out, but was told it was for resort guests only.
