B- King Louie is a guy

but then again, I can drag my hands behind me too.. it's just a bit weird for me to do so

Right, sorry, my bad, of course, you're right, I meant King Louie's Helper, like those Santa helpers that walk around malls and stuff? Yeah, that's what I meant... :D

You hit on the secret to a happy life.:D

MKC- You're right they are helpers. I have met Mickey and Santa in person and they have told me about all their helpers.:)

There is only one true Mickey and one true Santa.:) :)

Alas, there was also only one Walt:cry:

How's the food the CM's get at work? Do you have to pay or does Disney provide it in the cafeterias? If you apply, and request a certain job, what are the chances of actually getting it?

You have snack machines at the breakrooms, with microwave so you can even bring your own food, and cafeterias, but you gotta pay for everything (not the microwave).

Rob can answer your other question, though...

There are cast cafeterias in each park where food is sold. The ones at Epcot had the grill area, the pasta and salad area, the combo area, and the pita and sandwich area. In the middle, there was the ice cream machine, the coffee machine, the soda machine, bread and cookies and yoghurt and jello and a few more goodies.

You can bring your own food and heat it in the microwave too. Prices are accesible for the food. To give you an idea, I used to eat (in 99) chicken zingers with french fries and a soda for less than $3 which wasn´t that bad. :animwink:

The best and biggest cafeteria is the one at Animal Kingdom. The food was healthier, more abundant and delicious! We made sure to eat there when we went to AK. :slurp:

I'll apologize ahead of time if this has been asked before, but does Disney provide housing for the college program or programs for those that live outside the U.S.? Do you stay on property or are you on your own finding somewhere to live or stay in Florida?

you stay in housing provided by Disney. They deduct rent and transportation from your paycheck every week

Rent was (still is I think) $79 per week for 1 and 2 bedroom, $67 for 3 and 4 bedroom.
