Question about the Villains Bash

I tried emailing the runDisney people but it won't let me email them. So here is my question.
My sister and brother in law are running in the Tower of Terror Run. I want to attend the Villains Hollywood Bash with them but I live in Canada and the tickets won't ship to Canada. If I choose the 'Will Call' Shipping option, where would I pick up my ticket? I'm assuming my ticket would be held at the ESPN Zone?
