Question about the refillable mugs

I know there have been harsher restrictions regarding these over the years, but are you able to refill your mugs free of charge at other resorts? My family and I are staying at the Boardwalk this summer, but our concern is that the place to refill your mug closes a bit early (11pm I believe). However, the foodcourt in the Dolphin is 24 hours (I believe they have a refillable mug station correct?), would we be allowed to fill ours there?

my husband and I both could easily drink the first mug and ready for a refill right away. It was so annoying. Plus I felt bad for the people with the paper cups. We were in line behind a family got their food and we all went to the drink stations. they had paper cups...two of their cups weren't working at all. Dad finally goes back they just gave him two new cups. In the meantime their food is getting cold, dad is getting hot and the kids are getting restless...not a good mix! lol. Like I said...I just gave up on soda and stuck with iced tea....it was so much easier. lol

I am a huge pop drinker. Under the new system - I think I decreased my pop intake by 50% because I got tired of waiting for the time limit (even with sitting next to the machines). And it is no guarantee that the cups or mugs will work - then you have to wait another 3 minutes. I really felt sorry for kids - they do not understand the system.
