What exactly is the program? I mean what do you do? I remember Disney reps were at my college. My sister and I were going to attend it, but she got married. Do you earn credit hours during the summer? Could someone explain this to me? Thanks.

The College Program is a way for college students to enhance their resumes, build strong guest relation skills, and learn an abudance of things in regards to working for a huge company like Disney.
If you did the program, you'd work in the jobs that have direct guest contact (there are few jobs that are behind the scenes, but not many). When I did my program, I was a Merchantainment Hostess in Downtown Disney.
There really isn't a summer session of the College Program. They have Fall, Fall Advantage, Spring, and Spring Advantage. If you wanted to be there for the summer months, then you'd do the Fall Advantage Program. If your school is one that gives credit, then the credits would be applied for the Fall Semester.
But yeah, the website the person above me listed is a very useful tool, check it out.
