Question about split stay using park tickets

We will be at POR in garden room from 9.20-9.29 with free dining and 10-day park tickets with the hopper option. I have added another 2 nights at POR in a Royal Room, extending our stay until 10.1.

My question is, if we have not used all 10 days on our park tickets by time we move to the Royal Rooms, will we still be able to use the same tickets and schedule FP even if we will not be under the same reservation as the one under which our tickets have been purchased? Am I being totally confusing or have I managed to make the slightest bit of sense?

Yes, as long as both room reservations are linked to your MDE account(s), the system will recognize that you're staying on property for at least 10 contiguous nights. Therefore, it will allow you to book 60-days out for all 10 days of your tickets.

The one thing to watch is if you are on the dining plan, it is treated as two separate plans ( one for each reservation). This means all your entitlements will expire at midnight on the day you check out of your first resort, and a new set will start for your new resort. Just don't want you losing any meal or snack credits if you have them.
