Question about shows!!!

Does anyone have access to shwo Scheduel for either Tarzan Rocks or Festival of the Lion King. About how many times a day does each show?? Also i only have time to see one of those two shows whihc do you reccomend? (All teenagers)

I'd go with Festival of the Lion King...bright, colorful, energetic show. We really hated Tarzan Rocks...it really seemed sorta like a really bad rock concert with a group singing songs from the Lion King. I dunno...it jus didn't seem up to Disney standards IMHO.

I would recogmend Lion King first. The show is really spectacular. However, if the teenagers you're traveling with is into rock music or extreeme sports (especially skateboarding), you might want to give Tarzan a try. Both are a major part of that show.

I would recomend Festivle of the Lion King for adults, personally I think Tarzan Rocks is good, it's loud, like a rock concert, rollerbladers, and stunt stuff. The lion King is good and all but of course just like the other "Disney shows"

I must be VERY odd cause I LOVE Tarzan Rocks. I have two of the performances on videotape!!! It just is so energetic and fun!! Just my two cents worth!! Belle

I enjoyed them both - if you're only doing one see The Lion King, HOWEVER - Tarzan Rocks really does grow on you (I've got it on tape and enjoy it more now than when I watched it live)

Seriously, MEEKO gotit right! BOTH shows are awesome! I personally like the Lion King MUCH more,but I can see where younger teens or fans of the Tarzan movie would like Tarzan Rocks more.

Tarzan Rocks is a stage concert with rollerblading and a live band performing songs form the Tarzan Movie.

Lion King is a Theater experience with larger-than-life animated characters, more audience involvement, and lots more to look at!

I guess it really comes down to one thing-- Which movie did your kids like better???
Much of the enjoyment of these shows comes from knowing and singing along with the music.

Definately go to Festival of the Lion King. Great Show and very energetic! Everyone will love it. Just remember to be there early or you may not get in (about 20-30 minutes depending on the time of year).

:sohappy: I agree The Lion King is much better unless you want to check out the rollerbladeing-- If going for real Disney entertainment the Lion King is the one!! GREAT Show!! Do not forget the Video---Hard to see all of it at the same time---

You can also get a written entertainment schedule at your resort or at the park entrances. Makes it easier to check show times at a glance during the day.

Hey, if you have teenagers with you, be sure to catch a show by Off Kilter (fantastic Celtic rock band) when you are in Epcot. They have a stage on the walkway outside the Canadian pavilion. You'll like them too.
