Question about refillable mugs!

Hello everyone! 18 days till our next trip. (Yeah) We got our vouchers and luggage tags today but their was not any information about how to get the refillable mugs that are included on the basic dining plan. Will there be some kind of ticket in our room check-in information? Does anyone know how this works? Thanks for your help!

when you go to the food court, it will be deducted at check out

The Dining Plan will be coded onto your room keys. You'll be able to grab your mugs at your resort food court and as Mary says, they'll deduct the mugs from your plan. Any one of your group can buy them all using one card since the plan's credits are all accessible from any key in your group.

It's a doddle.Just hand your Key of the World card to the server at your resort with your mugs and it gets deducted.

As stated throughout the thread, just go to the QS at you resort, pick out your mugs and "buy" them at the checkout (register). The cast member will scan you Key to the World and that is that!!
