Hi there everyone I hsve a question about MNSSHP. During this event is Mickey still going to be at his house??? Well in the judges tent out back for pictures. And is he all decked out in his halloween costume or is he usually just wearing his regular attire. Also that evening is there other characters in their halloween costumes available for pictures. Sorry for all the silly questions but we have never been at one of the halloween parties and I am pretty excited not to mention I am a planner...love to plan! Thanks:wave:

All of the VIP characters are usually in Halloween attire, for example......Stitch is dressed up like Elvis, Eeyore was a mummy, very cute stuff. Make sure you stake out a great spot for the parade along Main Street......the Headless Horseman makes a quick appearance before the parade starts.

Also, head on over te the Ft. Wilderness Campgrounds too, they have a Haunted Hayride on select nights, and feature the characters from the Legend of Sleepy Hollow, it's the best kept secret around Halloween at Disney!

Enjoy!

The hayride sounds like a great deal of fun ....where can you find out more information on the hayride? Such as the dates that it is offered? Do you have to make reservations for it? Thanks a bunch:)

Hayrides cost around $15 per person, they usually announce the dates around mid-September. They're usually held on the weekends.

Now, here's the tricky part, the tickets are sold at the kennel near the entrance of the Ft. Wilderness Campground, tickets cannot be purchased in advance. You must buy these on the same day you plan on going to this. It's first come, first served and they go very, very quick. Arrive early, be patience. It's totally worth it. It's great!
