Question about getting to an early breakfast at MK

I was curious I wanted to eat at the Crystal Palace very early on my birthday week. It's in the Magic Kingdom and I am staying at AllStars so is there a bus that will be able to get me to the Magic Kingdom in time for my breakfast if my breakfast is like at 8:00 A.M. lets say ? The Magic Kingdom does not open until 9:00 A.M. on most days. I would like to go for it because I think it would be cool to get into the Magic Kingdom early to do a Breakfast on a day where there are no extra magic hours. I don't get charged if I don't show up so there is no risk !!!

Busses should start running at least one hour earlier than park opening. There is a special entrance at the turnstyles for people eating at CP & CRT in the mornings. (They have a list with people's names)

You might want to talk with Guest Services at your resort if you need to make special arrangement.

As always.... and it should go without saying, BUT...... Park admission is always required for resturants within the parks.

You are expected to be at your Bus stop a minimum of 45 minutes prior to your reservtion. An early morning character meal bus goes around to the resorts just for this purpose.

True - but you will be depriving somebody who REALLY wants a character breakfast by you booking AR and then failing to attend - I hope you will have the decency to cancel if you decide not to show up

Captain hook please !!! If you read my post I never said I was going to change my mind and not show up. I want to be there. I talked to cast mebers at AllStars and they said I can take a bus over there for an early breakfast. The thing is other cast members told me I could not so I was not sure. So if I am at the bus stop in time and the bus never comes than it's not my problem. But since I am a nice person I will try to cancel my meal if the bus never comes.

ok so i am having breakfast on christmas day at cinderellas royal table (as you all know :lol: ) but will there be a separate line/queue for character breakfasts on christmas day?

However many different ways you read your statement it is riddled with doubt and a certain "I don't care if I don't show" !

You could always call a cab....that way you'll get there for sure.

I've taken the "Breakfast Bus" to early character meals at MK and AK in the past.

The cab idea is a good one if your meal is VERY early and you don't want to take a chance of missing it or having to rush. We took a cab for horseback riding last summer because it was at 7AM at Fort Wilderness and it was something we could not re-schedule, but as far as the meals go, we've always taken the bus with no problem!

Again, buses do run prior to early Reservation times for dining. You must be your resorts stop AT LEAST 45mins prior - and letting Guest Services/Lobby Concierge know you're waiting doesn't hurt

I said I don't get charged if I don't show up so there is not risk. That does not mean I don't care if I don't show it just means that there is no risk of me getting charge. I do care about showing up. If I did not care I would not have started this thread.

When I told you that if you read my first post you will see that I never said anything about changing my mind and not showing up keep in mind that not showing up was tied together with changing my mind. Another words what I was saying was this: never once in my first post did I say that I may change my mind about going and just not show up >

The only way I would not show up is if the bus was not there. The cast members at AllStars told me the same thing that someone else told me on this thread and that was to be at the bus stop 45 min before I need to be at my meal. The only reason I am not sure is some of the cast members over the phone said I could not catch a bus that would get me there by 8:00 > But from what I heard many of those cast members over the phone are in Tampa so they don't know all about these buses and how they run like the cast members at AllStars do.

Anyways whenever I book a meal I will always plan on being there. If I change my mind about going I will cancel it. Anyways I allready booked a breakfast at 8:10 at the Crystal Palace and I plan on being there. When I check into AllStars I will tell them about this early breakfast. I am sure they are going to tell me to be at the bus stop at 7:15 and to keep on waiting there until my bus comes because the bus may not come until like 7:40 or whenever. So I will be at the bus stop at 7:15 > In fact I will be out there before 7:15 A.M. I might be out there at 7:00 a.M. > I am very sure the bus will come and get me there on time. I hope the bus will come and get me there on time. But if the bus never comes for some strange reason than I guess I will not be able to make it to my character breakfast. I will be kinda upset but since I will not get charged anything and since I will be on vacation I will not let it ruin my day. So that is what I meant when I said there was no risk if I do not show up.

O by the way when I was at work I started thinking about all the character meals I have booked for my birthday. I have some booked for breakfast and some for Dinner but not one of them booked for lunch. So just so I can have a birthday lunch I might do Crystal Palace for lunch. When I say I have all these meals booked for my birthday I don't me all on the same day lol > Disney said my birthday is good for the whole week. I have 7 Birthday meals booked for my 9 day vacation 3 for Dinner and 4 for Breakfast. So if I do Crystal Palace for Lunch that would give me 3 for Dinner 3 for Breakfast and one for Lunch. Before Birthday week I have another Breakfast book for when I go to Disney with my Dad ( he is running in the race ) and Disney said that it could be a Birthday Breakfast. I just had so many meals that I wanted to do for my Birthday that I thought it would be better if I did this one before Birthday week. In fact I may can move Crystal Palace from Birthday week to the race vacation trip. So I would have 2 Birthday meals for the race vacation trip and the other 6 for Birthday week.
