Question about Fantasmic/Star Wars times, etc

We have a trip planned for the 2nd week of Dec. I am trying to decide if I should book the Fantasmic dinner package. Even more important to me is to the Star Wars fireworks- but I don't see any scheduled performances for then. So...a few questions:

- Does the Star Wars show run during the winter months? If yes, is it possible that Disney hasn't yet scheduled the actual days?

- If Star Wars is happening on the day I'm going to be at HS, what are the chances it will be the same time as Fantasmic? I read in some other threads that it has overlapped in the past - but I'm wondering if this happens more in the summer months when the days are longer.

- If you make a reservation for the Fantasmic dinner package, can you cancel it? Or is it prepaid, like the Xmas party, etc?

- This is more subjective, but if you had to choose one show over the other, which would it be?

Any idea how long we should expect? I'll be there January 14th-21st and was hoping to get to see Star Wars as I haven't had the opportunity to yet.

Thanks! Haven't any concrete plans for nye yet, so that could work...
