Question about current MK park map...

I just looked at we park map on all ears. Haven't thought to look at a map befor to see new FL area, not sure why. After reading some suggestions to head to Storytime with Belle after rope drop I decided to map out our plan of attack. Here is my question, is the open space between NFL and CL, right where the word "Fantasyland" The Mine Coaster?
