Question about CP costs

So Ive almost decided to apply to the program for the spring and Ive found out most of the details but one big detail I cant find on the website is the cost of the classes themselves. I see how much rent is and how much I would make working in the park but where are the costs for the cirriculum itself? Are they free? Someone please help. My next question is on when to go. Say I'm just starting out in a regular college and I have four years to go. Do people in the CP usually attend at the end of their four years at their other school or is it common to go during your spring semester freshman year or your fall semester sophmore year, just for example?

The classes themselves are free. The only costs for classes would be the books (which vary by class). Some classes don't require books, but others do.

As for when to go- I probably won't be much help here (as I went during every year in school). My first CP was after 1 semester, 3 throughout school, and the last 2 were after I graduated. Most people I know either wait a couple of years, or do the CP right after they graduate.
