Question about bounceback

I have a question about the bounceback offer.. I know that it is not always given, and you have to book your trip before you leave your current trip.

My question is, we have gone to the World the past two year, and are going again this sept. and i was wondering, if they were to do the bounceback offer, do they normally put the offer for the free dining in your room?
We want to schedual our trip for the week after Thanksgiving next year. So the free dining would not work for us... If you just go to the desk and book a trip (with deposit) for next year will they give you a discount on the room without the offer?

All I can tell you is that the dining plan was not included in the bounceback offer we got in May. Is this what you are asking?

Not really... I was asking if they offer one in Sept when we go will it be a Free dining offer, or will they give us an offer for a % off the rooms.?
We want to go in 09 for the Christmas season when free dining would not be excepted.

The only offer we received last September while at WDW during free dining was for free dining in September 2008.
