Question about a specific building

As a kid going to WDW with my family I distinctly remember driving by a building where the seven dwarfs were used as "columns" holding up the building. I KNOW I saw it in person many times and although I've seen it in pictures I know I cannot possibly be correlating seeing the actual building in person and seeing it in pictures online (as obviously I didn't have internet that young).

Now that I go to school in Orlando and work at WDW, I have never seen this building again . Am I going insane or what? Please tell me I'm not being dillusional.

I think that the building that you are talking about is near the casting center. I don't remember the name of the building.

Don't know the name of the building, but if I may.......a minor thread drift....is your name possibly in reference to the genetic anomally resulting in loss off pigmentation more precisely in piebald pythons?

Hehe I did a little research and found your answer through a wiki.

The Team Disney Burbank building contains the office of President and CEO Robert A. Iger, as well as the boardroom for the Board of Directors. It also houses offices for members of Senior Management, such as Andy Bird, head of Walt Disney International, Jay Rasulo, Chairman of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts and ________ Cook, Chairman of Walt Disney Studio Entertainment. The building is sometimes called the "Seven Dwarfs Building"; it has a stunning fascia of the seven dwarfs holding up the roof of the building, an homage to the animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, which provided Walt Disney with the revenue to purchase the Burbank lot.

On January 23, 2006, in honor of Michael Eisner's 21-year leadership of the company, the Team Disney building, was rededicated as Team Disney - The Michael D. Eisner Building.

This building is in California. Picture link: http://squarehe.com/images/0408/dwarfs.jpg

In response to all of the responses ....

No, that building isn't near the Casting Building because that's the Team Disney building (not as architectually impressive as the building I'm talking about..)

No, Piebald is just a band's name and while I am not a huge, huge fan I just sort of went with that name as a username

And... I know that building is in California which is why I specifically asked if I was going insane or not. I KNOW I have seen it and I remember looking out the window thinking "how cool!" when I was little.......BTW I have never been to California...

If this is indeed the same building, it is quite the conundrum

It's in a book - a book I lost...

So I feel you Piebald. I never saw the building either in real life. I knew it, I had seen it. No one I know of knows about the book i'm talking about either. I purchased it from a discount bookstore down in Ellenton when i was younger.

But the book had that building very clearly at some point, because i knew that building though I had never seen it. Sadly, even though people can tell me how many pages are in each version of the various books about WDW, no one thinks this book ever existed.
