QS Restaurants and Alcohol

How is alcohol served at QS restaurants at WDW? Obviously wine, draft beer and cocktails will be in a glass. Does beer come in bottles or is it decanted into a glass by a server? If it's in a bottle, does the server remove the bottle top/cap? Can I order a beer with a cap on and save it for later?

I'm pretty certain you won't receive anything that is glass, only plastic. So if the beer is in a plastic bottle, aluminium bottle or a can you will get the bottle/can. If its in a glass bottle they will decant into a plastic cup.
Not sure if they will serve with caps still on, but my guess is no. They are serving you something as part of a meal to drink now.

I think you're right. I don't recall seeing anybody walking around the parks with aluminum bottles. The resorts on the other hand - different story.

They always pour it into a cup, glass at a Table Service, Plastic cup at Counter service or stand. (They are aluminum bottle, screw top lid) They still always pour it into a cup.
They keep the bottle.
Resorts you buy it in the aluminum bottle if at a counter service type, you can drink out of bottle. Bar, they pour it in a cup
