Twenty-first Ammendment guarantees the right to alcohol!!
The First Amendment guarantees freedom to assemble and no government interference in the right to worship. Fourth Amendment guarantees no unreasonable searches and seizures. Tenth Amendment reserves powers to the states that are not explicitly designated to the federal government in the Constitution.

One could argue that a great deal of the Bill of Rights is being ignored at the moment. I'm not doing that, of course. Because I am not going to get into a political debate. But one could.

In New york State, alcohol was deemed essential as well. The reasoning the governor used, was that alcoholics would go into withdrawal and need hospitalization, thereby taking up needed beds for CoVid-19 patients. I'm wondering if this was the logic of other states as well.

I dont think anything happened. And, as of April 19th Pyro workers are prob. furloughed just like the rest of the CMs!!!!!(no inside info, just guessing)

It would be nice if we had some good news before everyone is furloughed but I bet NOT!
