What are the machines that have the green tarps over them in almost all WDW attractions? Is it FastPass+ ?

I'm not entirely certain of the specific attractions, but most tests have taken place at MK's major rides.

Pretty Much everything at Magic Kingdom in Hollywood Studios, including attractions that don't currently offer fastpass such as the Haunted Mansion, and the American Idol Evperience.
