Tell us how the Tonga toast is. My family and i have reservations at the Poly in Dec. and I plan on hitting the Kona cafe first so I can try the famous tonga toast. (actually I have a recipie for it from an old Disney Magazine...I should make it)

Enjoy your trip!

You will love the Tonga toast. It is hard to finish the whole serving though. We have never eatan at Spoodles or Fulton's but we have at your other choices. Enjoy.

BTW: we make our PS as early as we can. The meals are just as fun to plan as a day at the parks.

Could someone explain what Tonga toast is?

I was thinking we would try it on our trip, but I don't know what time I should go to Kona Cafe. Is it breakfast, lunch, dinner, or an anytimne type of thing?

Thanks!

Tonga Toast is only the greatest french toast in the world! They take sourdough bread and stuff it with banana. Then it is cooked and topped with powdered sugar and cinnamon. It is so good.

And Jmewin how come you aren't going to Ohana? It is better than some of the other places you listed (I would rater be there than Fultons)

It isn't knowing exactly what I want to eat. It is having someplace to get a good unhurried sitdown meal :slurp: Joni

I see -

It still wouldn't work for me though.....I very rarely plan what park I'll be at either!

It all depends on my mood at the moment! :)
