PS2 demo disk glitch! what! how!

I got my demo disk last week and I was playing all the games on it, pretty cool stuff, couple days later, I got a postcard from playstation:fork: saying that a glitch on the disk erases memory cards, completely! I almost feel like an idiot for playing the demo disk now. I could not believe this, especially now that I've lost a good half of a season on MVP Baseball 2004 and a good amount of Kingdom Hearts. This is a warning for those who may not have gotten the postcard warning. Did anyone else have this happen to them?

It only happens when you play VJ2. Don't play it. Also Sony is offering a free game if your card is errased. Another quality Sony product!

That sucks a glitch erases stuff... Sue them.... :lookaroun I played kingdom hearts for 48 hours strait.. then my little borther played your demo disk.. and i lost all the data.. i want compensation for those 48 hours gone... :lol:

I luckly got an E-mail before mine arrived. I can't belive sony would make such a big mistake like that.
