Proof of Residency for Annual Pass

I'm an out-of-state college student in Florida and looking to get a pass to UOR. I see on websites that I can show my college ID and they'll accept that as a Florida Resident. However, I can only find this information on third-party websites and not from Universal themselves. This information was also back in 2020 and I'm not sure where to find what counts as proof of residency on the UOR website.

Does anyone know where I could find this info, and if a college ID could work?
