Sorry Kevin, I just found this. Yes, many people recieved them and they also sent them out to people who have the Disney Visa Bank One card.

Disney Visa Specials

Both my wife and I have Disney Visa's from Bankone but neither of us has received a promotional card. Were these sent to all customers? If not, do you know how they might have been selected?

I just received a Disney Visa promo card in the mail today (8/9), but it was only for the Aug. 28-Sept. 29 dates...nothing for October. Of course, I got excited for a moment when I saw the card...but it won't help us much for our October trip.

I have not heard of anything about October discounts yet. I am assuming the cards for Sept. will be sent to all bank one customers.
