Problems With WDW Website

Down AGAIN !!! My dad is traveling with us in September..he is splitting the cost of the room with us, but since he is leaving on a motorcycle trip this week and our final amount is due on the 28th he wanted to pay off his part...guess what :shrug:..HE CAN'T..AGAIN !!! I am getting pretty tired of the website being down

I wanted to book our sleigh ride at Fort Wilderness for our upcoming trip in December and when I was one the phone with the Disney representative she had to log out of her system 3 times because it kept shutting her out or timing out on her. So this is obviously not just a problem on our end of the website. They really need to get their act together. **On a side note after 15 minutes she was able to book our sleigh ride :xmas:

i have been trying to cancel several ADRs for days. sorry if you wanted them, site has been down, and been down, and been down. not sure how much longer i'm going to drive myself nuts just trying to be a good person. i even called today, guess it is so busy with website down that i hung up three times after being on hold for 10-15 minutes.

Yup, no surprises here. The new system is awful.
