Problems logging on to My Reservation

Sorry, we are not able to display your reservation at this time. Please try again later.

This is the message I have been getting ever since I booked my vacation in February. And now, I need to update my flight information for Magical Express. It appears that it also is not going to work for me to do the online check in (I can check in Friday) but I keep getting this message.

What do I do? Is anyone else having trouble? Who do I contact? I know I can call to give my flight information but I want to check in online. HELP ME

Have you tried calling? Frankly, I'd be worried something was wrong with my reservation! Give them a call and they can add the ME info and maybe they can figure out what's going on.

Also, try clearing your cookies!

Yeah - that log on hasn't worked consistently since we booked a few months ago. The Magic Express Bus has a dedicated 800 number you can call to update your flight info - I had to call it a few weeks ago but don't have it handy, should be in your DME materials.

We had the same problem, only we have 2 reservations, one we could pull up and the other we could not! We called immediately and they told us that their system is completely different than the one online. They confirmed that they had both reservations, etc. Needless to say, we call about every other day and I leave on Saturday (May 9)

I figured it out and the answer was on my paperwork. Disney used my old phone number (from a vacation years ago) and I was logging in using my new number which I gave them when I confirmed in January.

But anywho, I got logged in and updated my flight information and looking forward to checking you in.

Not surprised you're having problems. Disney has one of the worst corporate websites around. Difficult to navigate and often having log on problems. You'd think a company that puts such a premium on service could design a user-friendly website. I love Disney - but their website is terrible.

Also, if you don't book through Disney, you may not be able to access them.

Lots of people that book with 3rd party companies will try and try to log on to Disney's site to check on their reservation. It won't work.
