Problem with Rep window

I installed a new version of Internet Explorer that someone on the site was talking about that had a better pop up blocker on it and now I'm having some trouble, I can't access the window that allows you to give reputaion points to members and another area where I can't process credit card transactions online. I think the two may be related to the new version. Any suggestions? I'd willingly get rid of it but I can't figure that out either.

It's the same error msg I get sometimes... but I'm still running service pack 1 thus IE 6

Well done MsSnuzi for finding the fix.

I use pop up stopper and get the same error when it's enabled. Switching it off allows the reputation pop up to appear.

I've not applied the WinXP SP2 yet, so can't say where the settings are for that.
