Problem with On-Line Reservations?

Has anyone else been having problems with the online Disney dining reservations? I have been trying for 2 days and getting "We're sorry, there is a problem searching for Dining Event reservations at this time" it's also on the mobile app for dining too. Does anyone know what is going on?

Yes. nightmare with the system. When I called, they told us to try again on Monday, it's "overloaded" right now.

I did that to me also, but when I scrolled down the page, all the times were there. I was able to get everything I needed.

Yes. That and the FP+ online systems are down. I called today and they said they hope to have the FP+ up and running again by Tuesday for December dates. They also said they would be emailing guests who have made times with their FP+ in the case they lose the times they had previously made for December. We had hem made, but they do not show up or are missing some of our family for several dates. As far as dining, I was able to Cancel two, and I see it says there are problems. But it still lets you see time as of a few minutes ago. Best of luck with the system.

I was able to make my reservation but when we got to Chefs de France they didnt have our reservation. Anywhere. I will now always take a print out confirmation with me, always. It wasnt an issue as I offered the confirm number and she said she believed me. But she was totally perplexed why our name was not anywhere to be found. Thats the first time that has hapenned.

We've had that happen before, and also had a CM accept our word for it and take care of the problem. Since then I usually keep a PDF with all of our reservations and confirmation #s on my phone, just in case. Since we started doing that, we've never needed it.:rolleyes:
