Problem at Disney Movie Rewards

Hi everybody, I just purchased sleeping beauty on blu-ray today and put the code in on the Disney Movie Rewards site so I can order the free coin they are giving away. So when I click on the coin to put my shipping and criedt card info. It said I already redeemed this offer . No I didnt. :shrug: why is it doing that.:veryconfu

I just wanted to know if anyone else is having this problem? Or was it smooth sailing for you?:lookaroun

I was having a different problem today -- i was trying to sign up for a sweepstakes and every time i click enter it would take me back to the sign in page.

they must be having problems with the site.

That happened to me too. I went to the coin section as soon as I entered my code and it said the coin had already been redeemed, but it shouldn't have been. I emailed support, but haven't heard a response yet. I tried to redeem again today, but it stills says it already was.
