I did a few quick searches, and did not see a thread about this, apologies if there is one already.
I stumbled across this while googling info about the Grand Floridian for our upcoming first stay there for our 10 year anniversary in September '17. The centerpiece of the trip was to be V&A's chef's table (assuming we can get that ADR) so we decided to go "all in" on GF restaurants, concierge level, the full experience. (Plus we'll avoid bouncing around to different resorts, etc., just get ready in the room and walk over to dinner - yay!)
I just booked (which means there is no 180 day restriction on booking) what they call "intimate dining" on the 3rd floor balcony of the GF. (5th floor indoors if the weather is bad.) I spoke with the woman from that department in order to book, did not see anything about it on WDW site.
I presume this is not a brand new thing, because the prices listed on the article I read about it are already outdated LOL.
The cost is $125 per person, plus $100 for a butler. They show you a menu the night of, so you can choose your app, entree, dessert.
There is no dress code.
We booked a tentative time, but it can be changed, especially after the fireworks schedule is released for that date.
No deposit or even credit card was required to book.
I thought others might like to know about this - especially without any booking restriction - to plan ahead for a special event!
