Prisms question

Can anyone tell me if the prisms were light underneath and did they change colors? I remember that they and SSE both changed colors similar to the way the Castle does today. The Prisms I am speaking of are the ones over my family's heads in this 1983 picture.

Yes they did. They were originally designed to mirror the lighting stage on SSE.

Yup they changed colors. I loved that fountain back in the day. Wish they would bring it back in some way, or at least a variation of it.

You know, I just noticed that there palm trees in that front area. I never noticed that before. That looks so much better then the grave yard that sits there today!
