Can you make PS' like at WDW at DCalifornia? How far in advance? At all Restaurants?

We are travelling there soon and need some help!

Seating can be reserved for the Blue Bayou and Fantasmic Dessert Buffet (I think). I think the max is 2 weeks in advance.

Reservations within Disneyland's two table service restaurants may only be made the day you wish to visit (that morning). There are no advance reservations. California Adventure, Downtown Disney District, and the Disneyland Resort Hotels, on the other paw, do take reservations in advance.
