Princess Fairytale Hall question

I was in that building for the first time last week for Anna and Elsa. It seems as though the building was much bigger when it was a ride. What are they doing with the empty space? Did they actually remove the entire ride or is there some portion still in there? I am assuming there is more in there since what I saw was probably 1/8th of the entire building.

The rides gone, but as well as waiting and queueing area there are four different meeting rooms and ancillary backstage space.

I can say more later.
